Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Valorize Media, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized Klaviyo email marketing services. Due to the tailored and time-intensive nature of our work, we maintain the following policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Refund Policy

All payments made to Valorize Media are non-refundable once work has begun.

Exceptions:

  • If no work has started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via the email provided to you at the time of purchase.

Once the project has been initiated (e.g., kickoff call, research, strategy development, access to client accounts), we are unable to issue refunds, even if only partial work has been completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

One-Time Services:

One-time services (such as audits, setups, or consultations) cannot be canceled once work has begun. You may cancel before work begins and receive a refund as per the policy above.

Monthly Retainer Services:

  • Monthly services can be canceled at any time by either party with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or work if the cancellation occurs mid-cycle.

To initiate a cancellation, contact us via the email provided to you at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally via email, shared files, and platforms like Klaviyo or Google Drive. There are no physical products, and thus, no shipping or return of goods is applicable.

We typically begin service within 3–5 business days of payment, unless otherwise agreed during onboarding.
