Welcome to Valorize Media. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging with Valorize Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Valorize Media offers Klaviyo email marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Flow setup and optimization
  • Campaign strategy, writing, and design
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Copywriting and creative assistance
  • Client account management on behalf of agencies

We work directly with e-commerce brand owners or indirectly through marketing agencies on behalf of their clients.

2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule stated in the invoice or service agreement. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

Late payments may result in paused services until payment is received.

3. Service Delivery Timeline

Turnaround times for services are agreed upon in advance. Typically, setup or audit work begins within 3–5 business days of payment unless otherwise stated.

Ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers) follow a recurring delivery schedule as discussed in the onboarding process.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only provided if no work has started and a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.
  • To request a refund, email us at with your order details.

Cancellations:

  • Monthly retainers may be canceled by either party with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Once the work has started, partial refunds will not be issued for that billing cycle.

Delivery:

  • Our services are delivered digitally via email, shared documents, and tools like Klaviyo.
  • There are no physical products shipped.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to necessary accounts (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, brand assets) and respond promptly to communication.

Failure to provide access or approvals may delay service delivery.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All information shared with Valorize Media will be used solely for service delivery and never shared with third parties without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All work created by Valorize Media for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to use anonymized performance data or general creative examples for our own portfolio or marketing purposes unless explicitly declined by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Valorize Media is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use or misuse of our services. We do not guarantee specific revenue or conversion results.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
